CBD Seeds crossed a Mexican Sativa with Afghani to produce Zen, a balanced 50/50 hybrid with THC running 20.2 to 23.9 percent, higher potency than the calming name might imply. It grows tall indoors, reaching 150-200cm, and yields 400 grams per square meter after a nine-week flower. Moderate grow difficulty fits a plant of this height, which likely benefits from some training or support to manage its stretch. The pairing of a Mexican Sativa landrace with Afghani indica genetics gives Zen a genuinely old-world foundation, even if the breeder's name suggests a modern, wellness-oriented positioning for what is, underneath, a fairly potent cross.
