Skins papers are sold across the United Kingdom as a tobacco accessory to adults aged 18 and over. The paper is ultra-thin, chlorine-free and gummed with natural gum; it is manufactured in Spain and each batch is verified in a UK laboratory. Age of sale is set by separate legislation in England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, and from 1 January 2027 the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 applies a single birth-date test to cigarette papers UK-wide.

Rolling papers are a federally regulated tobacco product component in the United States, sold to adults 21 and over in every state. Cannabis law is set state by state: 23 states run licensed adult-use retail, and Skins launches there first, through independent retailers. Skins is an ultra-thin natural-gum paper, chlorine-free, near-zero ash, manufactured in Spain and verified in a UK laboratory.

Skins launches nationally in Canada, in English and French, across all ten provinces and three territories. The paper is ultra-thin and chlorine-free with a natural gum line, manufactured in Spain and verified in a UK laboratory. Canadian stock is placed with independent tobacconists and convenience retailers and offered to licensed cannabis retailers where accessories are permitted; Skins sells papers only.

Thailand

Skins papers are available in Thailand as a tobacco accessory for adults aged 20 and over. Rolling papers sit outside the Tobacco Products Control Act's definition of a tobacco product, so they carry Thai consumer labelling rather than tobacco warnings; Skins applies the tobacco sale age of 20 by policy. The paper is ultra-thin, chlorine-free and gummed with natural gum, manufactured in Spain and verified batch by batch in a UK laboratory.
